Happy 1st Birthday Baby Boy! You had such a great day; despite the rain! We are so thankful for all those who braved the rain and helped make this day very special. First, Kyle loved having everyone over...it was so much fun! He also loved the ponies, the cake, the bounce house, food, and presents! Well, he loved the pony until it decided to shake the rain off his back:) Nevertheless, Ky tried it again. We used umbrellas to try and keep the kids dry, until we decided it was just water:) Then, we were off to the beautiful cake and cupcakes...thank you Gramma! And Emily for making them. They were so perfect! Kyle loved going in the bounce house with Auntie Cole and Jordan and the kids. We need to buy one..jk! They are such great entertainment. Later we opened presents. Wow, he has so many new and cool toys to play with. Also, new clothes...yae:) Oh, and even a savings bond! What a wonderful day. My little baby boy is growing up so fast.

Delivery Day

You came into this world so tiny and precious! I loved you instantly and was so proud to be your Mommy. You were and are so perfect. Daddy and Gramma waited patiently for about 32 hours for you to be born. When it was time they stood on the side of the bed and helped the nurses deliver you. I was so scared because you were only 5 pounds 13 ounces and we had to take you home. Luckily, Gramma and Papa showed us the way. We stayed with them for a little over a week. Each day you have grown and each day goes by so fast. Your first cries, smiles, laughs, tears, movements, and more are as spectacular as you are. Your Gramma and Grandpa Bryant are also watching over you. You are such a gift to all of us Kyle!

I can't believe our little boy is one. It seems like yesterday the delivery nurse was calling him, "little one". He is such a big boy now! I am so fortunate to be able to be a full time Mommy but I think it means time flies by even faster....Like that saying, "time flies when you're having fun". We have had so much fun getting to know each other and having fun each day. Kyle has went from being immobile to beginning crawling, breastfeeding to eating solid foods, colic to mellow baby, and limited play skills to many. Good job baby! He is our pride and joy and I couldn't imagine life without him. We love you baby!

The Thursday prior to Kyle's Birthday, Gramma and Adelyn came over to visit. Gramma brought lunch for all of us...Thanks Gramma:) We talked about the prepping needed for Kyle's birthday and the kids played. Adelyn decided she wanted to revert back to the crib...or maybe it was just because it's her cousins crib. She rad books and acted like she was taking a nap. Kyle ate yummy lunch meat and cheese. What a good day! Onl 2 more days until the 12 month mark!

Adelyn had such a fun birthday party at Pump It Up'. Kyle loved going down the slides and practiced rocking back and forth; getting ready to crawl! Also, it was nice that the place was right down the street from our house. Adelyn looked like she had a really good time. Happy Birthday Adelyn!

Visiting Gramma and Papa

For Daddy's Birthday, we got him Chargers football tickets. Ky was so lucky; he got to stay with Gramma and Papa! So, Kyle took a bath, had breakfast, and then was off to Gramma and Papa's. He had a lot of fun playing and Daddy and I had an adventurous trip to San Diego on the train. I think next time we will stay in SD over night! The trip was so fast and by the time we got there, it was time to head back home. Nevertheless, it was fun:)
